1. Controller

Burhan Kaydin, Heissenbergstraße 16, 86956 Schongau, Germany, info@footpulse.org

2. What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist, we process:

We use this information to notify you once when FootPulse launches and to invite selected beta testers. We store timestamps and IP addresses solely to document your consent.

3. Legal basis

Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent. You provide it by submitting the form and then clicking the confirmation link in our email (double opt-in). We will not contact you unless you confirm.

4. Recipients

We have data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR with all of these service providers. Where a service provider is based in the United States, the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes and we do not sell it.

5. Retention period

If you do not confirm your signup, we will delete your data completely after no more than 90 days. We retain confirmed signups until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, but no longer than the end of the FootPulse launch phase.

6. Withdrawal and unsubscribe

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Every email from us contains an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Alternatively, an informal message to info@footpulse.org is sufficient. Withdrawal applies to the future; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

8. No tracking on this website

This website uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server. When you select a language, we store that choice locally in your browser so it is retained for your next visit. This storage is technically necessary and does not require consent. Our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data when you access the site; beyond that, we do not analyse your behaviour on this website.

9. Links in our emails

For technical reasons, links in our emails are routed through a redirect operated by our email service provider under our own domain. We have enabled anonymous collection: clicks are not associated with individual recipients, and we do not analyse individual clicking behaviour.
